The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the design and delivery of school modernization projects, ensuring that all construction documents are accurate and compliant with regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the production of construction documents for K-12 educational facilitiesCollaborate with project architects and engineers to develop project design solutionsEnsure that all designs comply with DSA regulations and standardsManage project timelines and deliverables to meet deadlinesAssist in coordinating with contractors and consultants during the construction phaseConduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality standards are metPrepare and present project updates to stakeholders and team membersQualificationsBachelor's degree in Architecture or related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project managementProficient in Revit and other design softwareStrong knowledge of DSA regulations and K-12 educational facility designExperience with school modernization projects and construction documentationExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentBenefitsCompetitive salary BonusesPTOVacationMedical, Dental, VisionEducation AssistanceMuch more
