Job Title: Outbound Coordinator Reports To: Outbound Supervisor Pay: $25.00/hr. Hours: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday Position Overview:Snelling Staffing is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Outbound Coordinator to support daily warehouse shipping operations. This role helps ensure accurate and timely outbound shipments while serving as a liaison between the warehouse team, customer service, and shipping partners.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and schedule outbound shipments to meet customer delivery requirements.Assist with picking, packing, labeling, and preparing orders for shipment.Provide coverage for outbound leads when needed.Monitor and respond to outbound distribution emails.Help manage the outbound WMS picking control board.Track and document picking, packing, or shipping errors.Create reports related to safety, quality, and efficiency.Work with automated picking systems to support order fulfillment.Respond to customer service inquiries regarding shipment status and tracking.Identify opportunities to improve outbound processes.Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED required.Minimum 3 years of warehouse experience, preferably in outbound or shipping operations.Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).Prior lead or coordinator experience preferred.Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.Working Conditions:Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.Frequent bending, lifting, and material handling.Ability to operate at heights up to 22 feet using warehouse equipment.Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures and a fast-paced environment.Our Commitment to Fair Hiring:HireQuest does not discriminate on the basis of Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, National Origin, Age, Genetic Information, Disability, Protected Veteran Status, or other legally protected group status in making hiring or employment decisions.
