The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Delivery Management, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and a proven track record in managing software development teams. Responsibilities: Lead and manage software development projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards. Oversee the delivery management process, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting on project progress. Collaborate with cross functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Implement best practices in software development methodologies, including Agile and DevOps. Mentor and guide software development teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive communication with stakeholders. Manage resource allocation and team performance, ensuring optimal utilization of skills and capabilities. Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the team. Mandatory Skills: Proven experience in Delivery Management within a software development environment. Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non technical stakeholders. Strong problem solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure. Preferred Skills: Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban. Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools. Knowledge of cloud computing platforms and services. Experience in managing remote or distributed teams. Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master) are a plus. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. 10 15 years of experience in software development and project management. Demonstrated success in delivering complex software projects on time and within budget. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
