This position/nsupports the Manager of DTC Controlling in monitoring sales trends, (daily,/nweekly and monthly), and preparing the budget/forecast. This individual will/nplan and execute budget procedures including monthly monitoring of expenditures/nand revenues and communicate the status to the WHS Senior Controller. /n/n Our ideal/ncandidate will be self-sufficient and possess the ability to make analysis to/nbenefit the company. This is an environment with shifting priorities, so the/nability to multi-task and be flexible and adaptable to differing situations is/nrequired. Main responsibilities and mission: * Monitor Ecommerce & Concessions sales and margin trend/nper store (weekly and monthly); provide explanations on the fluctuations/ncollect and analyze information that affects individual store sales trends,/nidentify potential problems and alerts * Produce reporting to the parent company comparing/nactual performance with prior year, budget, forecast and 3 Year Plan * Support the compilation and preparation of various/nexecutive presentations including but not limited to: Market Visit and Business/nReviews * Prepare P&L variance analysis versus prior/nyear/budget/last forecast/3 Year Plan, including explanations of the variances/nand propose action plan * Input data regarding actual/forecast/budget in Lacoste/ninformation systems and ensure data accuracy between all systems.
