As a Vistex Delivery Manager will work with Vistex customers on multiple cloud engagements at any given time to successfully deliver assigned projects, build client relationships and drive new business opportunities. This role requires an in-depth knowledge of Project Management principles, ability to understand business needs and have a good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodology Responsibilities: * Provide project management oversight for assigned projects * Manage multiple clients/projects at any given time * Develop and manage milestone plans with key activities and dependencies * Lead customer Executive Steering Committee meetings and weekly PMO status meetings * Identify and close new service opportunities for your assigned clients * Manage project status' and client expectations and escalate as needed * Manage teams of consultants to meet project timelines * Monitor issues and risks and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring to resolution * Participate in requirement gathering sessions * Ability to lead a team to problem solve business or technical issues * Manage SOW/Contract requirements and related change requests (CR) * Monitor and manage project labor and expense budgets in Contract Management software The compensation for this position is $120k to $150k annually. Base pay will vary depending on factors, including but not limited to a candidate's location, job-related knowledge, skills, and work experience. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities and other forms of discretionary annual bonus. Qualifications Education Degree: Bachelors Experience Proficient to speak with business users in English and Spanish. Relevant work experience with North America and Latin America regions Ability to work with customer Executive Level Management and business users to help them understand the solution for their business processes Experience managing projects end-to-end from Initiation, Requirements, Design, Build, Test and Go-Live Experienced in issue management and escalation processes Excellent communication and client handling skills Independent thinking with keen problem-solving skills Ability to learn new software quickly. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Cloud implementation experience a plus handling business software projects preferred. Project Management Professional (PMP) Certifications SAP experience other ERP experience
