The Outbound Supervisor is responsible for leading day‑to‑day outbound warehouse operations, including picking, packing, shipping, and traffic activities. This role oversees labor, equipment, and workflow to ensure outbound orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with customer SLAs and carrier requirements. The Outbound Supervisor partners closely with the Control Tower and cross‑functional teams to drive operational performance, quality, and continuous improvement in a fast‑paced fulfillment environment. YOUR TASKS * Supervise and manage outbound operations, including picking, packing, shipping, and direct‑to‑customer fulfillment activities. * Execute daily labor planning and order prioritization in coordination with the Control Tower. * Ensure outbound orders are completed accurately, on time, and in accordance with customer SLAs, cut‑off times, and carrier requirements. * Coach, develop, and supervise associates through observation, feedback, and documented follow‑up. * Conduct performance management using established KPIs and productivity metrics. * Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, quality processes, and safety requirements. * Hire, onboard, and ensure proper training of outbound associates. * Maintain and update outbound procedures to support current and new customers. * Monitor floor activity to ensure efficient workflow, proper material movement, and adherence to outbound processes. * Maintain adequate supplies and equipment necessary for outbound operations. * Ensure all end‑of‑shift system transactions and floor close‑out activities are completed accurately. * Update and maintain Kronos timekeeping and outbound metrics, including Excel‑based reporting and WMS data. * Support inventory research and material transfers as required. * Perform additional duties as assigned to maintain an efficient, safe, and goal‑oriented work environment. YOUR PROFILE * Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience or equivalent leadership experience. * Minimum of three (3) years of experience in an SAP and/or WMS environment. * Working knowledge of outbound warehouse operations and inventory processes. * Bachelor's degree preferred.
