Job OverviewThe Manager, Operational Performance is responsible for labor forecasting, staffing efficiency, and workforce cost control. This role translates demand and volume into optimized staffing plans while identifying opportunities to improve productivity and reduce overtime. Drives data-driven decision making by delivering actionable insights, dashboards, and contract health assessments.
