Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to assist their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $38.00 to $41.00 per hour. Job Responsibilities: Review and analyze financial reports and assist with preparing information needed for leadership review.Support the budgeting process and contribute to month end close by preparing entries and reviewing results.Build financial projections and develop models that support planning and decision making.Assist with purchasing related reviews rebate analysis and research of variances that require explanation.Participate in system related projects including new software and enterprise resource planning implementations. Requirements: A Bachelor degree in finance accounting or a related field.4+ years of experience in financial planning analysis and modeling.Understand accounting principles the general ledger and reconciliation practices.Use office applications with confidence and apply advanced Excel skills to daily work.Work effectively in environments that require confidentiality strong organization and the ability to meet tight timelines. Qualifications: Use SQL Power BI or similar reporting tools to support analysis and presentation of financial information.Work confidently in MS Dynamics Business Central and show familiarity with related systems and business tools.Communicate clearly in written and verbal form and present financial information to various stakeholders.Collaborate with team members across departments and support leadership with projects and tasks.
