We are one company, one team.Empowerment: We empower teammates by providing resources and opportunities that allow them to make decisions and solve problems.Drive to Win: With focus on all core values, we will achieve our goals with passion, motivation, and ambition for the benefit of our teammates and customers.What You'll Do:Check in driversRetrieve and print orders to be shipped each day, including labels, bills of lading, and related paperwork Ensure all outbound shipments meet carrier and customer requirementsMonitor shipment status and follow up on delays, discrepancies between physical inventory and system recordsmaintain accurate records of all shipments and deliveriesPrioritize and distribute orders and paperwork to warehouse staffEnter and maintain accurate data for inventory updates, shipment routing, and delivery confirmationsEnsure compliance with local, national, and international regulations, including customs documentation and import/export requirementsArrange transportation with carriers and freight providers, ensuring cost-effective and timely delivery Research chargeback disputes and coordinate corrective actions Support special projects as requested Assist in the warehouse as needed for containers, receiving, small parcel shipments, freight shipments, etc. RequirementsStrong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and OutlookExcellent verbal communication skillsEffective written communication skillsValid driver's license Warehouse operations knowledgeProficiency with ERP/WMS systemsForklift experience preferred
