Job DescriptionReports to: Warehouse SupervisorPosition Title: Shipper/Receiver III; Spotter - Nights 5PM-1:30AM The Shipper/Receiver III - Spotter position is responsible for managing the movement of trailers across lots. This position is also responsible for operating industrial forklift trucks to perform material movement assignments. Responsibilities:"Spots" designated trailer(s) from trailer lot to assigned dock door or from dock door to trailer lotEnsures that all trailer wheels are chockedMaintains daily equipment condition reportMaintains a clean parking/docking area in accordance with standardsMaintain driver maintenance of vehicleEnsure trailers are in adequate operational conditionMaintain a valid CDL licenseTrack and audit trailer inventoryOperate forklift to perform Shipping & Receiving tasksQualificationsQualifications:Minimum of 1 year driving experience including backing into docksForklift experienceSelf-motivated and self-directedGood written and verbal communication skillsRequirements:Current Class A CDL LicenseCurrent DOT Physical and Drug ScreenAbout UsAt Rheem, we are dedicated to bringing comfort to people's lives.
