Key Responsibilities Assign and monitor freight shipments within the dispatch system Maintain operational records and document all load movements Track shipment timelines and update teams on progress Communicate with drivers, brokers, and internal stakeholders Identify potential delays and provide proactive solutions Support operational workflow improvements and tracking accuracy Collaborate with Oregon-based management for process alignment Qualifications Strong communication skills Computer proficiency, including dispatch platforms and load boards Organizational skills with high attention to detail Ability to follow structured workflows and processes Time management and accountability No prior experience required; structured training provided Work Environment Structured logistics environment with hybrid and remote flexibility.
