Position to Be Filled: TG Dual/Rate SupervisorPurpose: Responsible for dual work duties, dealing cards and supervising depending on the need of the casino in the Table Games Department.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Ensure excellent customer service by dealing an assortment of cards as required by the type of game and in accordance with industry standards including maintaining an orderly table and an appropriate playing speed in a courteous manner.Handles player transactions and advises Floor Supervisor of any irregularities, disputes, arguments and relevant facts regarding specific players and their actions.Maintains a professional, friendly, and courteous demeanor while supporting a pleasant entertainment experience for all guests.Responsible for the supervision of the House collections and jackpots fees as posted.Responsible for supervising the operation of specific amounts of Table Games.Responsible for management of table games accounting, including fill, credits, markers, credit, table inventory, openers, closers, reconciliation, etc.Comply with all departmental policies, procedures, and directives.Ensure compliance with all Human Resource policies and procedures, promote an environment that treats all people with respect and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any kind.Ensure that all safety, health, and environmental policies, procedures, and regulations are followed.High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.Minimum 1 year as a Table Games Dealer.Supervisory experience preferred.Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.Excellent organizational skills.Bi-lingual helpful.Any other duties as assigned.Reports To: TG Floor SupervisorApproximate Hours: Full time
