Our Fleet & Sprinter division serves business owners, municipalities, and repeat corporate clients who expect speed, accuracy, and professionalism.We are seeking a Fleet Deal & Funding Coordinator who thrives in structure, values precision, and understands that documentation and compliance drive operational excellence.This is a salary-based role focused on coordination and execution - not maximizing per-deal profitability.The RoleThis position exists to ensure fleet and Sprinter transactions are:AccurateCompliantProperly structuredFully fundedClosed efficientlyYou are the operational backbone of the fleet sales process.Key ResponsibilitiesDeal Coordination & DocumentationPrepare and finalize all fleet and commercial transaction documentsEnsure accuracy of contracts, credit applications, and supporting paperworkCoordinate communication between sales, lenders, accounting, and clientsTrack deal status from submission to fundingFunding & ComplianceMaintain funding timelines within 48 hours of deliveryEnsure complete and clean deal jacketsSupport 100% compliance audit standardsVerify lender requirements are met before submissionSales & Lender SupportPartner with Fleet Sales Managers to streamline repeat and high-volume businessCoordinate commercial lending documentation (business credit, EIN verification, etc.)Manage communication with lenders for stipulations and funding follow-upAssist in organizing upfit and commercial paperwork where requiredProcess & OrganizationMaintain accurate reporting on open and funded dealsMonitor outstanding stipulationsIdentify and eliminate documentation bottlenecksSupport standardized processes for commercial transactionsThis role requires urgency, attention to detail, and strong organizational discipline.Qualifications2-5+ years dealership experience (F&I, title, accounting, or sales support preferred)Strong understanding of automotive documentation and funding processFamiliarity with commercial or business lending structures preferredKnowledge of regulatory compliance basics (Reg Z, TILA, FCRA)Experience with Dealertrack, RouteOne, or Reynolds preferredFleet or commercial vehicle experience a plusHighly organized with strong follow-throughYou do not need to be a product penetration driver.
