About the Role:This position is responsible for coordinating trailer logistics, maintenance schedules, and compliance with safety regulations to maximize operational uptime and reliability. The Trailer Foreman leads a team of technicians and drivers, providing guidance, training, and performance oversight to maintain high standards of service quality and safety. By proactively identifying and resolving operational challenges, the Foreman ensures that trailers are ready and available to meet fluctuating demand and support business objectives.
