Job Description: Title: Janitorial / Facility Maintenance Worker Location: Sparks, GA 31647 Shift: Monday through Friday (Standard Schedule) Weekend fill-in required when weekend staff is unavailable Duration: 0 – 6+ Months Pay: $20.80/Hour Job Description: Important Notes: Interviews will be conducted in person Onsite drug screening will be performed if selected by the manager Medical clearance will be conducted onsite The site allows conditional start with a clear drug screen and completion of all required documents Start date will be the following week Worker will be released if the background check fails Candidates must be fully committed to attending the in-person interview No rescheduling requests allowed Responsibilities: Maintain all floors throughout assigned areas Maintain all restrooms (6 total), including cleaning and disinfecting sinks and toilets, and restocking supplies daily Maintain adequate inventory of paper towels (rolls), soap, etc., as needed Empty, clean, and disinfect all waste cans daily Remove spider webs and nests in all areas (inside and outside) Clean windows (inside and outside) Maintain walkways Maintain kitchen areas in all assigned areas Clean storage areas (monthly) Responsible for kitchen prep and arranging training building for meetings or training (as needed) Clean all entry doors in assigned areas Perform other tasks as assigned by management Qualifications: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to maintain floors, restrooms, kitchen areas, walkways, and storage areas Ability to clean, disinfect, and restock supplies Ability to remove spider webs and perform general facility cleaning duties
