**What You'll Do** We're looking for a Delivery Manager to join our Data & Analytics program. The Senior Delivery Manager 1 defines, orchestrates, and oversees delivery execution across one or more Data & Analytics product teams. This role is accountable for delivery system health, predictability, and continuous improvement, ensuring teams can reliably deliver high quality outcomes at scale. This is a senior individual contributor role that operates with a high degree of autonomy and contributes to the establishment and maturity of Delivery Management practices within the D&A program. **Key Responsibilities** + Define, orchestrate, manage, and oversee the holistic product delivery lifecycle, including delivery cadence, sprint execution, release planning, and milestones for one or more teams. + Oversee the identificationand coordination of delivery activities, tasks, dependencies, and milestones; actively monitor progress, timelines, risks, and quality of deliverables. + Improve delivery predictability, flow, stability, and scalability by identifying systemic constraints and partnering with technical and product leaders to address technical, process, or organizational challenges. + Help develop and guide delivery strategy toward a future state; clearly articulate the "why" behind delivery decisions and rally support across teams and stakeholders. + Strengthen the organization's delivery system through continuous improvement, learning culture, and optimization of interactions and handoffs. + Coordinate and resolve crossteam and crossproductdependencies. + Coach teams to solve delivery problems, improve outcomes, and build ownership of delivery practices and agile events. + Contribute to the development and adoption of shared delivery standards, metrics, and ways of working across the D&A program. + Work across the full program, partnering with Product Managers to focus teams on outcomes and building the right solutions. **Who You Are** + Bachelor's degree in technology, engineering, data, or related field (or equivalent experience). + 5+ years of relevant experience, including significant experience supporting or leading software and data delivery in Agile environments. + Demonstrated ability to manage delivery for complex initiatives involving multiple teams, dependencies, and stakeholders. + Strong knowledge of Agile, Lean, and modern product delivery practices, with the ability to adapt practices based on context. + Proven ability to influence, coach, and drive improvement without relying on formal authority. + Strong communication, facilitation, planning, analytical, and problemsolving skills. + Comfortable interfacing with senior leaders and stakeholders regarding delivery status, risks, and tradeoffs. + Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives under time constraints while maintaining quality and accuracy. **Salary Range Information** Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. **Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)** $105000 - $132000 / year **Time Off Program** Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness.
