We are currently looking for a Full Time Transportation Specialist to join our Transportation Services Route Team team located at the Transportation Ada working .Summary:Transports Chickasaw citizens and other Native Americans to and from non-emergency medical appointments and to pick-up and deliver medications within the Chickasaw Nation with an emphasis in and around the assigned area.Responsibilities:* Maintains schedule to establish time and mileage as best possible* Properly cares for vehicle and it's component parts as prescribed by the company to maximize wear and to extend its useful life* Inspects each vehicle weekly using the correct procedure and completes the trip inspection form, check safety equipment* Keeps vehicle clean and orderly with daily cleaning after each trip as well as checks for lost items* Fuels vehicle, checks and adds fluid when needed in accordance with Chickasaw Nation standards* Attends all required in-service training, school, required meetings and training as well as any other required meetings* Transports Chickasaw citizens and other First Americans to and from appointments, meetings, and activities as needed* May transport items within the Chickasaw Nation with an emphasis in and around assigned area* Reports any unusual behavior, conflicts, or physical and mental health concerns to line of support* Seeks support from leadership when experiencing personal challenges impacting work performance* Provides first class customer service -
