Job Description

We are seeking a licensed Asbestos Worker to join our team for demolition and abatement projects throughout Maryland, Virginia, Washington D.C., and surrounding areas. This role is responsible for safely performing asbestos removal activities in accordance with OSHA, EPA, state, and company regulations. Responsibilities include: -Perform asbestos abatement, demolition support, and site cleanup activities. -Set up containment areas, critical barriers, decontamination units, and negative air machines. -Remove asbestos-containing materials such as pipe insulation, floor tile, roofing, drywall, and other building materials. -Properly bag, label, transport, and dispose of asbestos-containing materials. -Wear and maintain required PPE, respirators, and protective clothing. -Follow OSHA, EPA, AHERA, and company safety procedures at all times. -Assist with loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment. -Maintain a clean and organized work area. -Complete required paperwork, daily reports, and timesheets. -Travel to different job sites as needed. -Support additional demolition or labor tasks when asbestos work is not active. Requirements: -Current asbestos worker license/certification -Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required -Ability to pass a background check and drug screening if required -Ability to work in physically demanding conditions, including lifting, climbing, bending, and standing for long periods -Comfortable working in confined spaces, heights, and varying weather conditions -Ability to wear a respirator and full PPE for extended periods -OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferred -Demolition, construction, or additional environmental experience is a plus -Federal site experience or ability to obtain site clearance is a plus PCS is looking for dependable, safety-focused individuals with a strong work ethic who are willing to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.
