Required Skills: CRCST (Certified Registered Central Service Technician) or CSPDT (Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician) certificationMinimum of 2 years experience in a Level I or Level II hospital settingProficiency with sterilization equipment including Sterrad, Ultrasonic (CaviWave, Medisafe, Belimed), and sterilizersStrong attention to detail and adherence to infection control protocolsAbility to follow established procedures accuratelyExcellent organizational and communication skillsFlexibility to work rotational or scheduled shiftsNice to Have Skills: Experience with emergency response or on-call responsibilitiesFamiliarity with hospital policies and procedures related to sterile processingPrior experience working in high-pressure environmentsKnowledge of additional sterilization technology and equipmentPreferred Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalentRelevant certification (CRCST or CSPDT)At least 2 years of sterile processing experience in a hospital settingOther Requirements: Willingness to participate in emergency or relief teams as assignedAbility and willingness to work the mid-shift 14:00 - 22:30Reliable work history with no cancellationsMust attach completed checklist document as specifiedTravel reimbursement, licensure, certification, and other applicable allowances providedStarting at an hourly rate of $30.15, this role offers competitive pay, comprehensive benefits including weekly direct deposit, medical coverage, paid sick leave, and a robust referral bonus program.
