Job Title: Respiratory TherapistLocation: Presque Isle, MEJob Type: Full-Time, PermanentSchedule: 7:00 AM 7:00 PM (36 hours/week) Position Overview We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Respiratory Therapist to join a dedicated healthcare team in the Presque Isle area. This is a full-time, day shift opportunity offering a consistent schedule and the chance to make a meaningful impact in a community-focused setting. In this role, you will provide respiratory care to patients across a variety of clinical situations, supporting both routine and critical care needs. Key Responsibilities Administer respiratory therapy treatments and procedures as prescribed Perform patient assessments and monitor respiratory status Operate and manage ventilators, oxygen therapy devices, and other respiratory equipment Assist in emergency situations, including airway management and code response Educate patients and families on respiratory care and treatment plans Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with all protocols and regulations Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program RRT or CRT certification required Active Maine state license (or eligibility) preferred Prior clinical experience preferred (new grads may be considered) Strong critical thinking and patient care skills Why Join Us?
