Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a creative Intake/Traffic Coordinator for a global pharmaceutical company in RTP, NC. This position will be 4 days in office and 1 days remote. As the creative team expands and provides more support to our Commercial team, we need additional people resources for a Creative Intake Coordinator to manage new workflows and production.Responsibilities:Provide day to day project coordination and administrative support for the Creative Team within the Marketing organizationTrack and manage project timelines, deliverables, and approvals to ensure work progresses on schedule and deadlines are metServe as a primary point of contact between Marketing, Creative, and internal partners for creative intake, workflow questions, and status updatesCommunicate clearly-verbally and in writing-to provide status updates, follow up on action items, and escalate risks or roadblocks as neededCoordinate reviews, revisions, and approvals across multiple stakeholders, and support weekly creative production status meetings with accurate tracking and reportingGather project requirements, translate them into clear next steps, assign tasks, and maintain organized, up to date workflows across active projectsManage creative requests end to end, including intake clarification, project assignment, workload balancing, progress tracking, and follow up with requestorsSupport the creative approval process by entering and maintaining creative jobs in the Veeva Promomats system in accordance with established workflowsRequirements:Strong organizational skills and attention to detailEffective time management abilities, including planning and prioritizing workloadsAbility to multitask and work with minimal supervisionHigh proficiency in collaboration across multiple stakeholders and different teamsPreferred (not required): Experience in creative production or logistical teams (with emphasis on trafficking/coordinator roles)Preferred (not required): Experience with workflow planning software or approval software (ie Adobe Workfront, , Jira, Wrike, Asana, Airtable, Veeva Promomats
