Job Description

Part-Time Graduate Assistant for Data Research and Analysis supports the Division of Student Affairs & Intercollegiate Athletics at Minot State University by collecting, analyzing, and translating data into actionable insights, including the development and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) to support strategic planning and institutional goals. Working closely with senior leadership and campus partners, the graduate assistant assists with assessment projects, dashboard development, survey design and analysis, and the preparation of reports related to enrollment, retention, engagement, and student success initiatives. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented graduate student with strong analytical skills, a commitment to student-centered practice, and an interest in higher education administration, offering hands-on experience at the intersection of data, KPIs, strategy, and practice in a collaborative university environment.
