We are a community of compassionate professionals who support our patients and each other throughout their healing journey.About the roleWe are seeking a licensed, experienced, communicative, and compassionate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our Springville Clinic.What you'll doKey ResponsibilitiesConduct patient visits per accepted practice standardsObtain patient histories and perform psychiatric evaluationsDevelop and implement treatment plans in accordance with clinical practice guidelines and protocolsBuild and manage a panel of patients for whom you are the primary psychopharmacologistMonitor the effectiveness of therapeutic intervention, assess, and manage patient follow up careMaintain the confidentiality of PHIAssumes responsibility and accountability for time management, professional relationships, and interpersonal interactions within the job settingMaintains continuing educational requirements necessary for licensure and certificationsProvides appropriate and timely documentation of clinical care ensuring that records are detailed, complete, and comply with related standards and regulationsQualificationsCurrent License as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner PMHNP Unrestricted license to practice in the State of UtahOne to two years of experience as a licensed PMHNPPossesses a State Controlled Substance License II through VPossesses a Federal DEA Certificate II through VBLS Certification for Healthcare ProvidersAbility to collaborate and communicate with members of an interdisciplinary care teamEffective problem-solving and prioritization skillsPrevious experience in a clinical settingTMS and Ketamine experience is a plusWhy work with us?At Stella Mental Health, we are committed to fostering a culture of respect, empathy, and collaboration among our team, patients, and partners.
