Food Access & Community Growth Specialist VISTA Community Partnership of Southeast Missouri (CPSEMO) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering individuals, strengthening families, and building resilient communities across Southeast Missouri. Member Duties : The goal of this AmeriCorps VISTA project is to strengthen and expand food access initiatives that serve individuals and families experiencing food insecurity. The VISTA will build sustainable systems that increase community awareness, improve coordination of food resources, and enhance partnerships with local organizations. By developing structured volunteer engagement, outreach strategies, and resource networks, this project will increase equitable access to nutritious food and promote long-term food stability within the Cape Girardeau community for our low-income population Program Benefits : Training , Living Allowance , Relocation Allowance , Choice of Education Award or End of Service Stipend , Childcare assistance if eligible , Health Coverage* .
