Silver Cross Hospital and Allied Anesthesia Associates are seeking a Board Certified Anesthesiologist to add to their practice of 13 MD's and over 20 CRNA's!Job Description:Turnover rate - very lowGeneral structure of the team - MD/CRNA care modelOpen for full-time permanent positions with weekend coverage (not interested in Locums)Shift times are variable with a potential for callHow often is the weekend schedule? The call is 24 hours and there is an incentive attached to it. Approximately 2-3 calls a month.Spinals and epidurals can be done by CRNAs, all nerve blocks are done by MDs. Pre-ops are mostly done by the MDs unless it's a MAC case where the CRNAs can do it.Trauma level II10 ORsPatient age demographic: pediatric, adolescent, adult, geriatricRequired procedures: General surgical cases, IV regional anesthesia, spinal anesthesia, epidural anesthesia, regional anesthesia, OB cases, neurosurgical casesOpen to new graduatesNot accepting visa candidatesEMR: CernerCompensation and Benefits:Competitive salary that recognizes high performance, knowledge and career experiences.
