This leader is accountable for safe, compliant, member/patient-ready buildings; disciplined budget and capital planning; and high-reliability execution through strong documentation, controls, and follow-through. The role owns the facilities work management system ( or equivalent), ensures year-round survey readiness, and drives process improvement that measurably increases responsiveness, quality, and cost performance.Your Impact Will Include:Ensure all facilities across sites are safe, clean, compliant, and operationally ready, maintaining required documentation, inspections, and corrective actions in an audit-ready state.Lead regulatory, compliance, and survey readiness efforts in partnership with Compliance and Safety, ensuring adherence to all applicable codes, standards, and local/state requirements.Oversee critical building systems and compliance logs (e.g., HVAC, utilities, temperature monitoring), ensuring accuracy, timely reporting, and root-cause corrective actions when issues arise.Manage and continuously improve the preventive maintenance program and facilities work management system (), prioritizing work orders to meet service levels and reduce backlog.Develop and manage annual operating budgets and multi-year capital plans, maintaining real-time visibility into spending, forecasting, and variance management.Deliver facilities projects on scope, schedule, and budget, enforcing change control, monitoring estimate-to-actual performance, and validating invoices against approved scope and costs.Oversee vendor management and procurement processes, including competitive bidding, contract management, performance accountability, and conflict-of-interest safeguards.Lead facilities operations teams, including staffing, training, and performance accountability, while partnering cross-functionally to minimize disruptions and drive consistent operational standards.Performing additional duties as assigned to support our mission.Where You'll WorkWork is performed in a combination of indoor office environments, maintenance areas, mechanical rooms, and facility groundsTasks may require entering areas such as rooftops, boiler rooms, mechanical spaces, or outdoor environments in varying weather conditionsThe role requires frequent interaction with employees, vendors, inspectors, regulatory personnel, and membersThe position includes managing emergencies, urgent facility needs, or after-hours situations; therefore, occasional evenings, weekends, or on-call responsibilities may be requiredWork involves leading teams who perform housekeeping, maintenance, grounds, and compliance activities, which may require entering active work zones where safety protocols must be followedThe environment requires maintaining awareness of potential hazards while always ensuring personal and team compliance with safety proceduresSome days will require long periods of sitting, standing, or walking.Culture Fit TestThink you might be a great fit?
