Regulations drive the need for our services, but our unique capabilities allow us to add value to clients beyond environmental compliance. Our Anaheim, CA facility is currently seeking a Full-Time Laboratory Technician to join our Air Department.Pay: $18-$23/hourSchedule: Tuesday - Saturday, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PMAs a key member of the equipment team, this role will be responsible for a full range of activities including:Receive and organize incoming samples and equipmentPerform pressurization of incoming samplesPerform instrumentation cleanup proceduresPerform sample screeningSample dilution preparation, loading and scheduling under the guidance of the analystsSample archive managementPerform flow controller inspection, calibration and leak checksAssist with the loading of cleaning batchesAssist with equipment order assembly and packingComply with Enthalpy's Quality Assurance Program and other policiesComply with Enthalpy's Health and Safety PlanOther duties as assigned by the Group Leader or Lab DirectorYOUR EXPERTISE AND SKILLSTo perform this job successfully, individuals must be able to perform each duty and responsibility satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the duties and responsibilities.High School Diploma or GED Required, Bachelor of Science Degree preferredStrong MS Office skillsMust have strong mechanical skills and enjoy working with tools on a daily basisAbility to work independently and as part of a teamGood organizational skills and strong communication skillsMust have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs routinely and to lift/manipulate smaller weight items throughout the day.Must have the ability to stand and move about for approximately 80+% of the shift.Preferred SkillsKnowledge of general lab practices and lab safetyDatabase/LIMS experience is highly preferredPrior warehouse and/or shipping and receiving experienceThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature of work being performed by people assigned to his classification.
