NorthBay Urology cares for male & female patients with urinary tract conditions and diseases affecting the male reproductive organs, this role will provide care to cancer cases and other large cases. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM, dedicated procedure time Inpatient/Outpatient Responsibilities: Balanced distribution of inpatient and outpatient care Call Ratio: General call responsibilities; split between two locations Daily Patient Census: Manage a consistent daily patient load Equipment/Resources: Access to state-of-the-art equipment and comprehensive resources Provider Support: Collaborative team of physicians and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) (details on the number of physicians vs. APPs can be provided upon inquiry)Primary Responsibilities: Perform minimally invasive and complex surgery for urologic conditions Provide patient education and counseling Diagnose and treat disease and disorders of the urinary tract and reproductive organs. Provide care to inpatient outpatient and surgical patients. Prescribes medications as needed and administers urinary antiseptics to combat infection.
