At NorthBay Health, the Board Certified, Licensed Urologistwill practice in our highly regarded health system in Northern California. NorthBay Urology cares for male & female patients with urinary tract conditions and diseases affecting the male reproductive organs, this role will provide care to cancer cases and other large cases. Our team of board-certified experts employs a variety of treatments, from medications to minimally invasive and complex surgery in treating urologic conditions.NorthBay Health is ideally located between the San Francisco Bay Area Region, Napa Valley and Sacramento. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM, dedicated procedure time Inpatient/Outpatient Responsibilities: Balanced distribution of inpatient and outpatient care Call Ratio: General call responsibilities; split between two locations Daily Patient Census: Manage a consistent daily patient load Equipment/Resources: Access to state-of-the-art equipment and comprehensive resources Provider Support: Collaborative team of physicians and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) (details on the number of physicians vs. APPs can be provided upon inquiry)Primary Responsibilities: Perform minimally invasive and complex surgery for urologic conditions Provide patient education and counseling Diagnose and treat disease and disorders of the urinary tract and reproductive organs. Provide care to inpatient outpatient and surgical patients. Prescribes medications as needed and administers urinary antiseptics to combat infection. Staff-level positions use a step-based system (Steps 1-5) based on years of directly related experience, with Step 5 representing 20 or more years of experience in the role. Manager level and above positions are paid a fixed annual base salary and are eligible for a variable incentive compensation plan.
