We are looking for a dynamic leader who can run the daily operations of our Keller specialty location while also providing the highlest level of support to our surgery team. You will lead a clinical and front office team, keep the practice running at a high level, and personally guide patients through their treatment journey from the first consultation to a scheduled surgery. If you are a natural connector, a confident closer, and a strong operational leader - this role was built for you.What You Will Do Practice Management Oversee all daily front office and clinical operations at the Keller locationLead, coach, and support Registered Dental Assistants (RDAs) and front office team membersMonitor and manage collections, billing, and insurance verification processesEnsure accurate and timely submission of claims and follow up on outstanding balancesManage vendor relationships, supply ordering, and invoice verificationMaintain compliance with office policies, procedures, and HIPAA requirementsServe as the primary point of contact between the office team and regional operations leadershipTrack key performance metrics and report to leadership regularlySupport hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members as neededWhat We Are Looking ForMinimum 2 years of dental office management experience required2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in a customer-facing or healthcare settingExperience in a specialty dental setting strongly preferredComfortable leading clinical support staff including RDAsStrong knowledge of dental billing, insurance, and collections processesConfident discussing large treatment investments and financing options with patientsElite communication, rapport-building, and negotiation skillsHighly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyOutgoing, professional, and able to establish immediate trust with prospective patientsProficiency in dental practice management software; Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar preferredComfortable with standard office software including Excel and Google DriveProfessional dress and appearance requiredWhat We OfferCompetitive base salary: $55,000 - $75,000 based on experienceBonus potential based on performancePaid time off (PTO)Paid holidaysFull-time schedule, Monday - Thursday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM Supportive regional leadership teamOpportunity to grow within a multi-location dental organizationBeautiful, modern specialty office environmentSalary Description 55,000-75,000
