Key responsibilities include: Administering and interpreting psycho-educational assessments to determine eligibility for special services in accordance with Nebraska Rule 51. Leading problem-solving initiatives through the Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS) at various levels including district-wide, building, and individual student interventions. Facilitating Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) meetings and collaborating with Individualized Education Program (IEP) teams to develop targeted intervention plans. Providing consultation to teachers, parents, and administrators on issues related to child development, mental health, and effective classroom management strategies.
