The Monett R-1 School District is in need of a caring and motivated behavior interventionist/paraprofessional to work in the Monett Regional Learning Center for the 2026-2027 school year. The job of the Behavior Interventionist/Paraprofessional is to be a member of a team working with students with special needs and to assist and support the Special Education Teacher. Behavior interventionists/paraprofessionals will be involved in the provision of team-developed school-based behavioral supports and instructional plans designed by multidisciplinary teams. Successful candidates will have a minimum of 60 college hours, possess a substitute teaching certificate, and be able to pass a physical.Applications will be accepted until positions are filled.
