This role ensures a healthy learning environment for PreK-8 students while managing long-range capital planning, regulatory compliance, and the facility's operational budget.Primary ResponsibilitiesOperations & MaintenancePreventative Maintenance: Establish and oversee a comprehensive preventative maintenance program for heating, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems.Daily Operations: Supervise custodial and maintenance staff to ensure the school is clean and well maintained.Grounds Management: Oversee landscaping, grounds maintenance, and snow removal to ensure safe access for buses and families.Fiscal & Project ManagementBudgeting: Develop and manage the annual facilities operating budget and a 5-to-10-year Capital Improvement Plan (CIP).Procurement: Manage the Request for Proposal (RFP) process for outside contractors.Qualifications & SkillsAny combination of education and experience providing the required skill and knowledge for successful performance would be qualifying.
