Bond Health - Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) needed in Brooklyn & Staten Island.Full time school position! SUMMARYUnder general supervision, the Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is responsible for conducting behavioral assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing evidence-based interventions for students with developmental disabilities and autism spectrum disorder (ASD). The BCBA collaborates closely with teaching staff, related service providers, and families to promote a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESKey responsibilities include, but are not limited to:-Conducts Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and develops Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) tailored to individual student needs.-Analyzes psychological, educational, and adaptive behavior assessments to inform behavioral programming.-Designs and oversees implementation of behavior support strategies and skill acquisition programs based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).-Collaborates with teachers and classroom staff to model and support evidence-based behavior management techniques.-Attends and participates in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, case conferences, and other team meetings to review progress and make necessary plan modifications.-Provides in-situ coaching, modeling, and training for instructional staff to ensure fidelity of behavior support plans.-Collects and analyzes data to monitor student progress and modifies programming as needed.-Communicates effectively with parents/guardians regarding behavioral progress and strategies for home consistency.-Provides staff development and training on behavior management, data collection, and implementation of ABA strategies.-Supports classroom needs, including transitions, feeding, toileting, and crisis management, as necessary.-Maintains accurate documentation in compliance with company policies, DOE regulations, and best practices in the field.-Stays current with best practices and emerging research in behavior analysis and early childhood development.-Performs other related duties as assigned by the Program Director.  QUALIFICATIONS-Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.-Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.-Minimum of 5 years of experience developing and implementing behavior support plans, preferably with preschool-aged children with developmental disabilities and/or autism.-In-depth knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and methodologies.-Experience working in interdisciplinary team settings and school-based environments.-Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.-Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.-Ability to coach, train, and support educators and paraprofessionals.-Commitment to inclusive practices and cultural competence.-Primary work takes place in a preschool setting with exposure to young children with varying needs.-Occasionally exposed to noise and movement typical of a classroom.-Travel between program sites required.   Salary: $90,000 per year plus benefits.
