We recognize that each members fitness journey is different, thus, we offer a wide variety of group classes, small group activities and personal training.The Child Care / Kids Club Team Member is responsible for our organizations consistent achievement of the O2 Fitness mission and core values. A Child Care / Kids Club Team Member ensures the success of our company, the success of their department, and the success of themselves by creating a fun, engaging, and safe environment for the children of O2 Fitness members and guests ranging in age from 6 weeks to 12 years.ResponsibilitiesGreet members in a friendly and professional manner upon entering the Kids Club areaAscertain that all appropriate forms are completed by parent/guardianMonitor the parents to ensure they sign in and out for their children without exceeding the 2-hour Kids Club time limitFollow proper guest procedures when non-members visit the clubMonitor for the safety and well-being of each childOrganize activities appropriate for the various ages to create a fun, engaging, and safe environment.Supervise the use of toys and supplies and notify management of supply needs and repairsMaintains a clean, orderly area, picking up as needed, and sanitizing toys as instructed.Maintain neat appearance and wear proper uniform attire while on dutyPromote O2 servicesOther duties as assigned to support the vision and mission at O2 Fitness ExperienceCurrent CPR/AED, and First Aid certifications preferredChildcare experience is preferred BenefitsComplimentary O2 Fitness MembershipDiscounted Personal Training SessionsSupportive work environmentO2 Fitness Rewards store CompensationHourly rate Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
