It is located 2 hours Southwest of Indianapolis and 2.5 hours east of St. Louis The Group Our organization, operated by the Crawford Memorial Hospital District and managed by Ovation Healthcare, is a fully licensed and accredited 25-bed not-for-profit critical access acute care facility. We incorporate state-of-the-art equipment and procedures with a compassionate, caring staff to produce outstanding treatment results for our patients. An extensive offering of services and programs are available at the hospital. Health maintenance is also a major role of the hospital with numerous community education classes being offered on a regular basis. The Position Newly built Outpatient Clinic Primary Care patient panel Seeing all ages 18 - 22 patients per day 2 clinical staff working with each Provider Other NP's and Physicians in the clinic Willing to train on procedures if NP is interested in doing procedures Clinical Digital Assist AI app and Dragon Medical One CERNA EMR Monday - Friday 8:30 - 4:30 No Call Compensation and benefits Salary of $90,000 - $110,000 Productivity bonus - $5,000 - $25,000 depending on production $12,000 per year in private loan repayment Comprehensive benefits and Retirement plan 5 CME days $3,000 CME stipend $2,500 for dues and subscriptions Relocation assistance 90 day free housing if needed
