Billing team members work with account auditing, payment posting, accounts receivable, and patient billing Adequately answer patient questions, including providing a benefit review Perform electronic and paper billing Handle phone calls professionally and with courtesy Collaborate with team members to problem solve and achieve team goals Understand Apex protocol and become proficient with our software systemsWhat We're Looking For: Experience in medical or dental billing is preferred High attention to detail Ability to remain organized under deadlines Investigative nature Passion and dedication to personal growth and the growth of Apex Excellent written and verbal communication skillsPerks and Benefits: Health, dental, vision, life insurance, and short-term disability coverage.
