NeurologistLocation: Fort Hood, TXFacility: Carl R. Darnall Army Medical Center - Intrepid Spirit CenterMDPerm is seeking a Neurologist to support the Intrepid Spirit Center at Carl R. Darnall Army Medical Center, Fort Hood, Texas. The Intrepid Spirit Center provides interdisciplinary care for active-duty service members experiencing traumatic brain injury (TBI), neurological trauma, and related cognitive and behavioral health conditions.In this role, the Neurologist will evaluate, diagnose, and treat a range of neurological disorders including TBI, headaches, cognitive impairment, dizziness, and other neurological conditions affecting military personnel.Duties and ResponsibilitiesConduct neurological examinations and evaluations.Diagnose and treat neurological conditions.Interpret diagnostic studies including:MRICT scansEEGDevelop and implement patient treatment plans.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including:PsychologyAudiologyRehabilitation medicineMaintain documentation in MHS GENESIS.Provide consultation services to other clinical departments.Minimum QualificationsMD or DO degree from accredited medical school.Completion of neurology residency.Board certified or board eligible in Neurology.Current unrestricted medical license.Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred.Current BLS certification.ScheduleFull-timeMonday - Friday40 hours per weekMDPerm is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
