POSITION SUMMARY: As part of the Infection Prevention team, the Sepsis Care Manager & Clinical Quality Data Analyst serves as a hybrid clinical and analytics leader, responsible for designing, managing, and optimizing the facility-wide sepsis program while leveraging data-driven insights to enhance overall care quality and operational efficiency. This role integrates sepsis-focused clinical coordination and education with advanced healthcare analytics, modeling, and reporting to drive compliance, improve clinical outcomes, and support strategic decision-making. This position involves leading multidisciplinary teams, analyzing data, implementing protocols and overseeing the Sepsis compliance and education initiatives across the hospital. REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor's degree in Nursing OR * Bachelor's degree in a related field, including: Public Health, Epidemiology, or Microbiology * A minimum of three years of Healthcare - Sepsis Coordination experience OR * A minimum of three years of Clinical/Hospital experience AND * Two years of Data Analytics experience * State of Alaska RN License At CPH, we value our employees and offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being and professional growth.
