They prioritize employee work-life balance, offer exceptional compensation, and maintain remarkably low turnover.Job DescriptionSupervise and manage healthcare interior construction projectsCoordinate and communicate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.Ensure adherence to safety protocols and compliance with regulatory standards on all job sites.Monitor and inspect work progress to ensure high-quality results and resolve any on-site issues promptly.Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and documentation.Collaborate with the project management team to ensure seamless execution of project plans.Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and exceptional service.Travel to project locations as required to oversee operations and address challenges.
