POSITION SUMMARY * Analyze operational metrics, workflow efficiencies, radiologist productivity, and staffing utilization to identify opportunities for improvement; provide data-driven insights to enhance engagement and efficiency. * Monitor and track key performance indicators, including turnaround times, case volumes, quality assurance metrics, and regulatory compliance measures. * Develop, manage, and optimize staffing schedules while balancing provider credentials, geography, client needs, and requests; support payroll accuracy and contract compliance. * Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership on practice performance, staffing trends, and operational outcomes; maintain accurate physician records and required documentation. * Assist practice leadership with credentialing, accreditation, compliance programs, strategic initiatives, special projects, and business development efforts. DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience interpreting complex healthcare data. * Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools; familiarity with healthcare IT systems (PACS, RIS, Qgenda) is a plus. * Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience in practice management or healthcare operations. * Education in healthcare administration, business, or data analytics (associate's degree or higher) with 2+ years of relevant professional experience; radiology experience preferred.
