The Director ensures that all district buildings and grounds are maintained safely and compliant with applicable laws and regulations. This position provides leadership in preventive maintenance, regulatory compliance, budget administration, construction management, and long-range facilities planning in support of safe and effective learning environments.Knowledge of: Knowledge of general construction techniques, practices, materials and tools. Knowledge of and experience with the Division of State Architect. (DSA). Knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local laws including ADA, OSHA, fire, health, and building codes.
