You will design and implement behavioral supports, collaborate with school staff, and support students in accessing academic instruction and improving behavior.Position Specific Requirements:Provide supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians working with clientsImplement1:1 behavioral intervention programs to childrenParticipate in training activities as needed that provides instruction on Applied Behavior Analysis, discrete trail teaching techniques, management of challenging behaviors, child-development and data collection techniques applicable to the client population. In addition to recording and reporting on the behavior of individual children as assignedAssist with training and competency checklists for new and existing Registered Behavior TechniciansCommunicate with supervisory staffPrepare and conduct team meetings as neededMonthly graphing and progress reportsIntroduce and train new client programsConduct VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, ALFS, or other curriculum assessments as assignedDevelop functional behavior assessment and behavior intervention planCommunicate with interdisciplinary team membersComplete comprehensive documentation of all services as required by the contract facilities policies and procedures and notifies supervisory therapist of all required co-signatures.Document and complete all billing requirements for such services as required by each payor source and/or the contract facility's policy and procedures.Provide direction and supervision of BCaBA's and RBT's services under the rules and regulations of the appropriate State Practice Acts and any other State or Federal guidelines, in addition to Quantum's policies and procedures.Assist in the assurance that the physical surroundings and equipment are sanitary, orderly and free from conditions which may cause safety hazards.Perform other duties as assigned.Required QualificationsMaster's degree in education or related field from an accredited institutionBoard Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)Kansas Behavior Analyst LicenseReimbursement & Benefits• Cigna Medical/Dental/Prescription Insurance • Vision Care• Life Insurance with Buy-Up Option• Professional Liability Insurance• Short/Long Term Disability• Flexible Spending Account• 401k Retirement Savings Plan• Reimbursement for Licensure/Certification• Continuing Education Allowance• Accident/Hospital/Cancer Plans• Health Advocacy Program• Summers + Holidays Off
