Client seeks Physician or Nurse Practitioner for contract assignment starting June 1-July 31 at their Corporate Health clinic in Machesney Park, IL. Provider will see ages 2 and up for Primary Care, acute episodic care, and chronic illness management. Hours are Monday & Wednesday 7:00am-5:00pm, Tuesday & Thursday 8:00am-6:00pm, both with a 60-minute lunch break from 12:00pm-1:00pm, and Friday 9:00am-1:00pm.
