Monday Hours: 8am - 5pmTuesday - Thursday Hours: 7am - 4pmFriday Hours: 8am - 1pm Setting: Clinc Procedures/Cases: 98% of patients are adults. Procedures needed: Fillings, Ortho - Invisalign Certified, Crowns, Bridges, Restore Implants, Cosmetic Dentistry. Number of Dental Assistants: 1-2 per dentist, Number of Hygenists: 1 Credentialing Timeframe: 1-2 days Requirements: Active State License, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Basic Life Support (BLS), Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), and use of Dentrix Electronic Medical Record (EMR), Controlled Substance Registration (CSR)Facility LocationLocated just north of Seattle, Everett is a charming city surrounded by Port Gardner.
