We are seeking highly skilled Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners to provide exceptional inpatient cardiology care through our locum provider programs. What You Will Do:As a vital member of our cardiology team, you will work closely with physicians and other healthcare providers to deliver high-quality inpatient care. You will cover scheduled shifts in Everett, working four 10-hour days in tandem with fellow APC providers. These shifts will typically run from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with coverage needed through 2026 offering ongoing opportunities for employment. Your responsibilities include managing acute cardiac cases, assisting with diagnostics, and ensuring optimal patient comfort and safety during your shift. Required Skills: Valid licensure and certification as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with active cardiology credentialsProven experience in inpatient cardiology or acute care settingsStrong clinical assessment and decision-making skillsExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple patients simultaneouslyNice to Have Skills: Previous experience in a similar locum or temporary roleFamiliarity with the latest cardiology treatment protocols and proceduresBilingual abilities or additional languagesAdvanced training or certifications in cardiology or critical carePreferred Education and Experience: Master s degree in Physician Assistant Studies or Nurse Practitioner program from an accredited institutionAt least 2 years of inpatient cardiology experience preferredActive state licensure and appropriate board certification in cardiology-related practiceOther Requirements: Flexibility to work scheduled shifts, including potential overtime; OT paid after 40 hours per weekAbility to comply with all relevant licensure, certification, and travel reimbursements as applicableWillingness to work in Everett with scheduled shifts from May 13, 2026, through early January 2027, with ongoing coverage opportunitiesPosition Details: Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00Benefits include competitive pay, weekly direct deposit, comprehensive medical coverage, referral bonuses, licensure and travel reimbursements, and paid sick leave in accordance with legal requirements.
