This field-driven role manages superintendents, schedules, subcontractors, and project resources across multiple sites in a fast-paced environment. A hands-on management style is essential, but direct SAPL or Grouting experience is not required, as our crews provide the technical expertise. This position can be based in St. Petersburg, FL, Charleston, SC, or Greenville-Spartanburg, SC, and requires a mix of office work and field travel nationwide.Locations• St. Petersburg, FL • Charleston, SC • Boiling Springs, SC (Greenville-Spartanburg area)What You'll Do• Plan projects and prepare project teams • Manage SAPL and Grouting projects to ensure they stay on schedule, budget, and quality standards • Supervise field crews, subcontractors, and resources • Travel to multiple project sites nationwide (air and vehicle travel required) • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company priorities (Safety, Environment, Quality, Schedule) • Spend time in-office with peers and leadership • Perform other duties as needed to support successful project deliveryRequired Qualifications• Proven experience as a Project Manager in Heavy Civil/Highway, Bridge/Marine, Industrial, or Infrastructure projects • Comfortable managing multiple projects across locations with a mix of field and office responsibilities, including extended schedules during peak project periods. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills • Hands-on, reliable, and field-orientedPerks of the JobWeekly Pay401(k) + Company MatchComprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision InsuranceCompany-paid life insurancePaid Time Off (PTO) Opportunities for career advancement and professional growthEqual Opportunity EmployerNu-Pipe is an equal opportunity employer.
