General DentistLocation: Huntsville, AL We are seeking a full-time General Dentist to join our compassionate and mission driven team.Position Details:Schedule: Monday - Tuesday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM Wednesday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Patients: Mostly adults, some pediatrics; average 14 ppd Clinical Scope: Routine exams, cleanings, fillings, extractions, sealants, treatment for abscesses and tooth decay, gum disease management, and emergency care. Support Staff: 1 dental hygienist, 2 dental assistants Compensation & Benefits Salary range: Starting at $180,000 Medical and dental insurance; company pays 100 % of Premiums 401(k) retirement plan & Retirement Profit Sharing Plan 15 PTO days/year starting day 1 of employment + 9 holidays Loan Forgiveness through National Health Service Corps (NHSC) Relocation assistance CME reimbursements up to $2,000 What we are looking for? Active Alabama dental license , and AL Controlled Substance Registration and DEA registration, both in good standing Current BLS certification Experienced provider preferred Compassionate, mission-driven, and community-oriented Comfortable educating patients about oral health and preventive care Experience with diverse populations, including Medicaid/uninsured patients, those living below the poverty level, and individuals with diabetes Comfortable working with pediatric patients and approximately 10-15% Spanish-speaking patient population Why Join Us?
