Pay Rate: $20.80/hourLocation: 14284 Highway 41 North, Sparks, GA 31647Schedule: Monday-Friday, standard scheduleWeekend coverage required when weekend staff is unavailablePosition OverviewWe are seeking a dependable Facilities / Janitorial Technician to maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and overall upkeep of assigned areas. This role is hands-on and requires attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to perform physical tasks throughout the workday.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain all floors throughout assigned areasClean and disinfect 6 restrooms daily, including sinks and toiletsRestock restroom supplies (paper towels, soap, etc.)Empty, clean, and disinfect all waste cans dailyRemove spider webs and nests inside and outside facility areasClean windows inside and outsideMaintain walkways and entry areasClean and maintain kitchen areasMaintain adequate inventory of janitorial and restroom suppliesClean entry doors in assigned areasClean storage areas monthlyAssist with kitchen preparation and arranging the Training Building for meetings or training (as needed)Perform additional duties as assigned by managementResponsibilities may be adjusted to support daily business needsQualifications & Physical RequirementsPrior janitorial or facilities cleaning experience preferredAbility to follow detailed cleaning and sanitation standardsAbility to lift up to 50 lbsAble to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periodsReliable, punctual, and committed to attendance expectationsEqual Opportunity Employer / Disabled / Protected VeteransThe Know Your Rights poster is available here:pay transparency policy is available here:temporary assignments lasting 13 weeks or longer, AppleOne is pleased to offer major medical, dental, vision, 401k and any statutory sick pay where required.We are committed to working with and providing reasonable accommodations to individuals with disabilities.
