This is a hands-on leadership role for those who take pride in operational excellence through doing the work, not just directing it.Reporting directly to the General Manager/Franchise Partner you will ensure business and strategic goals are met through team leadership.What You'll DoRestaurant Leadership & Operations Lead by example-actively working the line, preppingfood, maintaining cleanliness, and serving guests across all shifts: opening,mid-day, and closing. Wear a professional uniform daily-shirt andtie or collared blouse-setting the tone for team presentation and upholdingall brand standards, food safety practices, and service protocols. Financial Performance Own the P&L: manage food costs, controlinventory, verify invoices, and eliminate waste while driving laborefficiency with smart scheduling, cross-training, and station versatility. Inventory & Supply Chain Control Oversee inventory from the back door to the frontline. Team Building & Development Recruit, train, and retain top hourly talentthrough clear feedback and coaching. Job Requirements 1+ years of QSR or fast-casual restaurant managementexperience required. Proven history of consistent work tenure andreliable leadership. Deep understanding of food cost management, laboroptimization, and operational KPIs. Hands-on leadership-comfortable working the drivethrough or grill when needed. Tech-savvy with POS systems, inventoryplatforms, and invoice tools. Strong physical stamina: can lift 50 lbs., stay onyour feet all day, and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen. Professionalism that extends to your LinkedInprofile (if you have one) and resume-both should tell the same story.
