The facility maintains high standards of patient care and requires experienced providers who can work independently with minimal supervision.Opportunity:Advanced Practice - Nurse Practitioner - Urology, Physician Assistant - UrologyJob Details:• Guaranteed 8 hours per day with overtime applying after 8 hours daily• Work schedule from 8am-5pm with combination of clinic and hospital duties• Typical day includes 8am-3pm clinic time and 3pm-5pm hospital rounding• Handle approximately 15 patient encounters per shift• Hospital rounding involves 1-2 hours depending on patient census• Must be able to operate independently with minimal training provided• Candidate must be proficient and experienced in urology practice• NCCPA board certification required• Must maintain active California license and California DEA• Requires 2 years of current hospital clinical activity in specialty• Any gaps greater than 3 months must be explained• Current case logs required for surgical specialties upon presentation• ACLS and BLS certifications required• Estimated credentialing timeframe is 90 days• Updated CV with all hospital affiliations required during presentationCompensation:Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
